This is an oversized item that is shipped through a freight company and will arrive at your address about 5 to 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time.

- Once the Truck Reaches Your Delivery Address?
The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will NOT take it inside.
Because oversized items are heavy and often difficult to handle, we strongly recommend that you have help available to remove the product from the truck and move it to its final location.

- Before You Sign for the Delivery
Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. Please keep in mind that it is normal for the packaging to show some wear.

- If There is Visible Damage to the Package's Contents
If there is visible content damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact a Customer Service associate by calling
1-909-781-6608. Please have your order number available when you call. Your order number can be located on your invoice.

Q: What type of material used for seating cushion?
A: For most of our sofa sets we used high density foam, which are mostly used on high end furniture collections. Cost of material high density foam is approx. 4 times higher than springs and approx. 8 times higher than poly fills. High density foam is more durable and period of usage is much longer than springs and poly fills.
